Faces of Courage Mission
By recognizing the 50th Anniversary of the Board of Trustees decision to end racial segregation at Wake Forest University, we will bring to life the many stories within our rich history that showcase the depth and value of our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Linking the courageous action demonstrated in the past and present by the University and its constituents, with the drive for building an inclusive community; we will raise awareness about embracing diversity, generate increased levels of commitment to our motto, Pro Humanitate; and affirm inclusion of ALL Wake Forest University faculty, staff and students.
